Aphex Twin 1997

Hi all.

Can anyone tell me the type of software most likely used on Aphex Twin's "Come to Daddy" from 1997?
I'm curious to know what sequencer software and effects (FFT?) he used on the album. Especially "Bucephalus Bouncing Ball" which is amazing!

I am having a hard time looking this stuff up online.
Does anyone remember?
