Hi,

Say I create a small recorded region and then double click it to go into the midi view - there is a lot of space either side of the recording, from where I came in late or clicked stop late etc.

In the manual it says to just shorten the loop by going into the arrange view and then dragging the bottom right of the region/midi to shorten it.

I find this rather cumbersome, or maybe i'm just not doing it right?

Everytime I try this the region continues playing after the shortened part or i cant get it so that the end is the exact length.

Basically is there anyway to trim from start to end correctly so that the regions are the correct length with no white noise either side?

Thanks
