Hi There,

I have a problem with my Cubase SX3 (latest update) running in rewire with reason 2.5.

I am running a loop in cubase and reason, maybe locators set to measure 1-9:
Everytime I load a new sound into redrum or another device during the playback, the whole playback dropsout for a short time, reason stops until the loop returns to the start point and after some seconds everything runs tight again. All synchronized midi-equipment drops out also.

What can it be? some ideas anyone?

I work with an Powermac G5 2x2,3 GHz and 4,5GB Ram so there´s quite a lot of space for action...

Cheers to all!

Whasssuup?!

I have heared that it is possible to define a kind of "slave computer" in vst to be the RAM&CPU for the Plug-in´s f.Ex. This would be great if it was true. Maybe there´s a possibility to connect 2 Macs over firewire and then xchange data via cubase5??....:-)

Does anybody know something about that ?

Cheers & Greetz

Hi U @ MACMUSIC!

I have some probs with my cubase5.0 running on Ti-PB550/512MB.
After 5 months of work suddenly the CPU-Indicator locks and no more audiofiles-even the audio-click- can be played back. Everything still works, but no audio. After restarting Cubase and playing back audio once, the problem is still there.
My disk/system/setup should be ok.

Would be great if somebody could help me!

Thanks a lot,

Ganesh
