Plugins In Logic Don't Open

Can anyone help me: Why is that plugin windows don't always open in Logic? I try to put a plugin in the channel strip and a blank, grey box opens with the plugin title, but no user interface, and the effect isn't applied. Can anyone tell me why this happens?

O M G Spontaneous Transposition Crisis!

Please somebody help me - Overnight all my songs in logic have gone down 1 semi-tone! What on earth does this mean? I thought at first I must have done it accidentally, but it's done it on every single track on my 2.3 dual PowerMac g5, not 3 weeks old! I could just change them all back but who knows what else has changed.

If anyone has any idea what could have triggered something so weird please please help me - i'll be so grateful.

Patch Librarian In Logic 7?

Does anyone know if there is some kind of patch manager in Logic Pro 7? I have a Nord Lead 3 and would love to manage (backup and edit) its many patches from within Logic... is there a Unisyn or Sound Diver equivalent? If not, does anyone know of a cheap (and compatible) alternative?

Preferences Error Message

Hi all,
I'm getting an error message when I open Logic Pro 7:

error reading/writing file
com.apple.logic.pro.cs

and it tells me not to save the preferences, as I'd be saving an incomplete set.
Can anyone help!!? I'll be very, very grateful!

Logic Node And Firewire

Hi, I have a PowerBook G4 with built in 10/100 ethernet. Only USB1.1.
I'd like to use Logic Node: I have an audio interface in my firewire 400 port (only 1 firewire port) but can daisy cahin from it - does anyone know how well that would work with Logic Node?
What about if I bought an Airport Extreme setup - would that allow me a fast enough connection to a G5, or any other Mac?
Any help on whether I can make my PowerBook use Logic Node much apprecitated!
