i have the tascam us428 and i am running cubase sx3 on a mac g-4 933 mhz with 756 mb ram, iI am in the begining stages of my studio setup and I am finding it difficult to link the 428 to cubase sx3, the tascam is showing up in myy sound manager screen and is registering levels but when I open cubase sx3 I cannot get A signal to read, I would like to know what sewttings are needed to properly run this unit, I have already established the 428 as my functioning input and output in my sound manager but when i try to get a signal in the cubase mixer there is no level, I am able to hear the music but the computer seems not to be reading the 428, please inform me of what steps must be taken in order for cubase to read the tascam us 428, I noticed there are many settings that can be manipulated in the device setup and am unsure what the proper steps are to take...thank you kindly.....lostwonjava script:emoticon(';)')
