Okay you guys, it's me again. Can someone please tell me how to route/get audio from Garageband in to ProTools? Also, I tried saving a file that I created in Soundtrack as a AIFF file, however, I was unsuccessful. So, if anyone has any tips, by all means pass it along.

Thanks in advance

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie to this site, however, I was rather impressed with the info and help that was offered so much that I decided to join. smile.gif

Anyway, here's my delima. I'm running PT 6.4 and Reason. I have Apple Soundtrack and have been able to sync it through PT. However, two things are not happening. For one, I can't get any audio from ST to PT. For the output in ST I've selected SoundFlower or PT. However, the sound/loop is still coming through my internal speaker on my laptop.

I have soundflower (just aquired it) and I'm trying to figure out how to use it. In my sound pane I tried selecting soundflower then tried ProTools however, to no avail. Mind you, reasons work perfectly.

So, if any one can walk me through the setup process it would be greatly appreciated.

Oh! and while I'm asking. It there any way to play/trigger the sounds via a midi keyboard?

Thanks to any and all as I await your reply(s)
