Conversion Mp3 En .mid

Bonjour,

Je recherche une application (de préférence en freeware), pour convertir un fichier mp3 en .mid

Le but est de récupérer l'extrait d'un titre pour en faire une sonnerie de portable.

Je suis sous Panther 10.3.7

Si quelqu'un à une solution je l'en remercie par avance.
