Work with some local amateur bands, just like mucking with digital audio, after many many years of analog work.

I haven't seen any mention of this, so I thought I'd pass it along. Digigram officially released their first non-Beta OS X drivers for the VXpocket series of cards. They also added full support for 10.2 for the first time.

I've installed them on my PowerBook and done some test recording, using both the analog and digital inputs. Everything seems to work fine, though the VXControl panel seems a bit more limiting than the OS 9 version. I expect a future update will add some of the features back.

Heck, for the first time I can remember you can touch the line gain sliders and make meaningful adjustments.
