I have IMac G4 800 Flat Panel 15' Mhz and iBook 12' G4 1.0 Mhz
planning to purchase Logic 7 Pro, what to expect on theese configurations... do not have a cash for G5 yet...?
My daily use is usually going to be , recording up to 8 multi tracks of 24bit audio , and mixin' it using EQ's and one high quality reverb (Space Designer) + few mastering plugins . or using few virtual instruments with few audio tracks. Is this real on my macs.... or should i forget about it and saving for G5...?
thanks for your input
Hi , i am totally frustrated with sound cracklin' and breaking up on Traktor with Echo Indigo Dj PCMCIA card on Pismo Powerbook G3 500 ( Panther 10.3.3) The re is a stuck latency slider issue : i cannot make the latency higher, it is known issue to Native Instruments and they claim that the Traktor DJ 2.3.2 update solves that : well NOT for me.... ![angry.gif](http://en.440forums.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/angry.gif) ;( I tried to contakt NI and Echo Audio ..got NO answer! That is what we get as registered users ...we have to have ALOT of patience waiting years for OS to mature while working as music professionals usin' our less and less Pro Macs....(i am usin' Mac for music since SE30) Would uppreciate any idea or a workarownd..... thanks in advance bigah_boy
