My Content
Hope I can explain this right... I'm looking for a program to run on my Powerbook G4 that can load a midi file and step through each note or chord played and show it on a virtual keyboard display.
What I want to do is load a piano midi file and "see" it being played on the computer display.
Thanks! Netjammer-
Here's the hardware:
Korg Triton Studio 76 E-MU X-6 with Mophatt module Midiman Sport 2X2
While trying autoconfigure the midi hardware DP4 detects the E-MU but doesn't see the Triton Studio. I manually add the Triton but when I try to use the patches all I get are the GM patches. I have the Triton in sequence mode but still no luck. I can record and playback the triton GM patches only.
On the E-MU side, for whatever reason I only have 1 midi channel available thus I can't mult-track the different patches.
Any ideas? Cheers! netjammer-
PS. DP4 running G4 Powerbook 15" 768ram, 80 Superdrive...
