I just received my copy of Logic Express today and downloaded the Logic Drivers from Tascams website.

After installing them as per the instructions the 1884 would not work. After looking around I opened the Logic Express package file in the applications folder and noticed the folder containing the other hardware controller files in the midi plugins folder.

So I Installed the 1884 bundle file there. Bingo! Now Logic sees the 1884. But I can only control the 1884 from Logic. When I do anything on the 1884 nothing happens in Logic Express.

What Gives. Anyone have this problem in Logic or LE before.

Thanks
