I just purchased a dual 1.8 Ghz G5 and am planning on using it as my recording center. In the past I have used and loved my Boss BR-8 to do digital recording. Is there a way that I could continue to use the BR-8 as my interface but have the recording occur on my G5? I can imagine using the digital audio out from the BR-8 to the audio in on the G5, but I'm worried that I would have to first record to zip disk on the BR-8 and then mix down to the G5.

Any thoughts? Also, if this isn't possible (or would be too much work for its worth), any suggestions for the best audio interface for a G5 would be appreciated.

Thanks.
