which hard drive should i use for running my software samplers[kontakt,intakt and battery] within logic 6?,should i use the internal drive on my powerbook g4 1ghz,or my external firewire? .doe's it make any difference to the performance?

setup as follows-pbg4, 15, 1ghz,768 ram,60gig hd,combo.
osx,logic audio 6.3, intakt, kontakt,all standard big box plugins. no additional hardware.the problem i get is "logic unexpectedly quit" then it quits on me.any advice on this problem or my set up/settings? i just wanna make music! |
