hey there,

I just picked up a UAD-1 dsp card and it froze my computer every time I tried to use it......

G4 350- tons of RAM

I'm going to return it tommorow- unless anyone has any insights

Question: anybody able to access the audio 3 and up in digi when using DP?

I can only seem to get the mic inputs on the front to work-

OK- I'm considering upgrading to a faster machine that runs OSX and DP4 and the newer Pro Tools Le- anyone out there gone from 9 to 10 and how do you like it?

Vst Wrapper???

Is anyone else out there having trouble running some VST plugs in DP3.x?
Some of them are okay and some of them are buggy and FLASH!!

I'm on a slower 350 G4- are you faster machines any better for VST and plugs????

Faster Mac Or Faster Sound Card?

OK- which audio card for MAC or PC has the lowest latency ( I know this is a loaded question)

OK then- who is having an easy time getting there mac and PC sampler/giga machine to talk to each other?

- I now know that I need an accelerator card for my mac g4 350, but it seems that DP3 with Digi 001 seems to slow things down- if I'm not mistaken.....

it couldn't be the PC's fault ( an P4 1.6 GHZ with a wavecenter card??!!)
