Hi, I'm new to this forum. I have a Tascam US-122, it came packaged with Cubase LE. My problem is that the Cubase doesn't register it as an input port so I can't record guitar, mic etc. The Tascam unit's USB light is on, the input signal LED lights up but I can't get any signal on the track. Drivers etc are all installed.

Also, the only input port that shows in the Cubase is the laptop's built in mic. That records on to the track but with about half a second delay between the sound and hearing it through the headphones.

I'm using a Compaq Presario C700 laptop with Windows Home Vista, could that have anything to do with it? If not, then what can I try?

Thanks
