Hi,
Does anyone know how to delete the right side of a stereo audio sample in Cubase sx. I was editing the sample with headphone on and only hearing the left channel due to the faulty headphone. When I played it through the speakers i realized that there was an unpleasant sound coming through only on the riht side. I would like to just delete the right side and leave the left.

Any help will be appreciated

1. Pan the channel to hard left to get out noise, then export file to mono.

2. Otherwise i think you'll have to edit the file in a stero editor. Using Audacity, you can split the stereo file into 2 mono files then just delete the offending side

Cubase is not as audio editing savvy as Nuendo.
