hi
Just got hold of battery for osx and i am wondering if it can be used like the drum machine in reason or can i only use midi to play each drum hit. are there any other drum machines for osx that can be used for aphex twin type beats. Also if anyone can point me to some good tutorials that would be great

I am pretty sure it doesn't work using patterns changes like drum machine in Reason and works with just midi I think. You can find midi drum loops on the net if you search good enough and then import them into PT and assign them to play the drum machine or you can point and click and create your own patterns in the midi track or you can use an external midi controller to record midi notes to triger the drum machine smile.gif
