This is the mail i've sent to MOTU TECH SUPPORT and above there's the answer but i didn't resolve my problem, anyone can help me please?

Salute,

try to select in the 03D Digital menu: Line 1-8 'Optical' or 'ADAT' clock
and let the MOTU one on 'Internal'.
You can use the WordClock if it doesn't ever work.
