I recently installed LAP 6 on my new PowerBook 15", the upgrade path goes like this:
Installed LAP 6 on laptop which is running 10.2.7.
Also install Spectrasonics Trilogy, Atmosphere and Stylus
Logic seems slow - After about 20 minutes Logic crashes
With each restart Logic gets more unstable until the crashes start kicking me back to the user login page.
Determine crashes are not caused by Spectrasonics plugins
Logic Tech Support tells me to upgrade the OS to 10.2.8
Crashes solved with the exception of two problems:
The mouse cursor is off register in Logic by about 10 pixel lines, making it difficult to select objects or edit automation. ( also happens on my G4 dual 500 w. LAP 6 )
Using Soundsticks to monitor causes consistent crashes back to login screen
info@emagic informs me that Logic is not yet ready for 10.3
