I use DP3 and a Midiman VSB connection with a midi sport 4*4. I'd like the MPC to control and sequence a Triton, Mo Phatt, a Micro Korg synth, and a Dr. Groove. I would also like the keyboard controller to trigger the Triton, Mo Phatt, Micro korg synth, and the Dr. Groove. I would also like the keyboard controller movements to be recorded by the MPC. I would also like th MPC to record the DR Groove effects and the Micro Korg notes with real time effects.

What is the midi out/in set up? What is the OMS studio configuration?

Help please.

Make sense?.. Allmost. So what's the problem? HA HA HA.

Your midi out from synth to midi in of 4X4, Midi in from synth to midi out of 4X4. It's usually best to install OMS BEFORE any thing else. Then 4X4 drivers... Start up OMS.. Scan checking no boxes (printer port, motem). Oms recognizes midiman...(OMS configuration window) Click OK.. OMS scans for midi devices, HOPEFULLY they show up recognized instead of iconds with ? If all else fails read the instructions and try again. That is what I had to do. Make sure you have the latest OMS and MIDIMAN drivers.

When you have set up your midi studio, install DP. Your sequencer will controll any device chosen by you. Your midi sequencer will also record the entire midi event of any chosen device, and will play it back as recorded.

Now then, does that make any sense?
