Evening all- I am about to purchase Logic gold, which comes with the A62m multichannel interface (not sure what this used to be called they changed it recently). i have a Mac G4 with dual processor and running System X, there's also plenty if RAM. I have read alot about Core Audio and how it works so great with logic which is part of System X and the A62m and was wondering if I need a soundcard aswell. This may seem like a stupid question- but knowbody seems to be able to answer it!
If i do need a soundcard I was thinking of the delta66 ($399), basically for budgetary reasons- how would this fit in to the system or could somebody recommend something equivelent that would work better in the same price range. Thank you |
