huh.gif Right now Im running Logic 6 on a Powerbook 867. Sitting to its left is a brand new Pentium 4 2.4 Ghz computer with windows xp pro, and plenty of ram. I would like to utilize this extra power, but Im unsure exactly what I can do with it. Im unfamiliar with synching computers, is this the option I should be taking? Any input would be great. Thanks in advance. cool.gif

Hey Tyebud

if you have the budget, I would load GigaStudio into your P4 system as use it as a big virtual sampler

you could get away with connecting the two computers together w/ midi and getting a decent inexpensive balanced-soundcard for your PC and away you go

you can build your arrangment using MIDI -when it's close, you can record the stereo ( or more ) mix from the PC into two ( or more? ) audio tracks on Logic

have fun
