Dudes..
Has anyone got heavily ito using Kontact yet? I have just started and am LOVING it..very powerfull  Just wondered if anyone had any avanced user tips etc.. or just wanted to pow wow about it.. Danio |

Hi dear,
well I ve just bought kontakt and it might be powerfull but only as a plug in or not with didi001. Nothing s working. DFD even with vers. 1.2.1 is catastophic and there is no ASIO driver available that works. Kontakt is nothing but a gadget, not high standard product. (not yet). If you could help me out I would be glad  Cheers, Seb |

i think you would be fine running kontakt along with cubase sx or DP

Soundlover, DFD mode might be fragile with PT and 001 but Kontakt is definitely working in sampler mode... no question. If it doesn't, your settings must be wrong...
And don't forget that most of the troubles encountered with Kontakt and PT don't actually come from Kontakt itself but from that cr*ppy Directconnect... Unless you're using the RTAS version (OSX only). -------------------- |

what do you folks out there in digiland feel about the new disk flix? I personally learned a lot from it. i created, and finished 2 new tracks thanks to those videos. thank you digidesign!
