I'm looking for a Mastering software for Mac OSX
Sound Forge, Wavelab and Cool Edit only work with window

any suggestions?

There's several possibilities:

TC Works - Spark XL
Bias - Peak

With the right plugin's, any of several computerbased DAW:s will do:
MOTU:s - Digital performer 4
Emagic:s - Logic
Digidesign:s - Pro Tools
Steinberg:s - Cubase SX/Nuendo

There are probably others as well.
