Is there any way to stream supercollider output directly to protools, such as a directconnect plug or something like it?

Are you on 9 or X? if you are on 9 use the IAC bus. If you are on X inside pro tools enable the xtra midi assignments, you have probably noticed these extra outputs on the MIDI tracks.
