I'm doing an A-level ICT course, and one of the questions wants to know what music editing software there is avalaible on two different operating systems. I have a list for Windows, but know nothing about Mac.

So, could anyone be really helpful and just post the three most popular (official Macintosh ones would be preferable, if there are any) music editing programs there are made just for Mac?

Thanks in advance

Matt.

Do you want MIDI or Audio editors/sequencers.

Mac only MIDI/Audio Sequencing + editing software:
Emagic Logic Platinum 6

(Emagic is now owned by apple)
Digital Performer
http://www.motu.com/

Mac only Audio Editors
Spark XL
http://www.tcworks.de/
Peak
http://www.bias-inc.com/

There are some more these are some of the bigger ones
