In Logic you can run plugins in AudioUnit format or Logic's built-in plugs (e.g. ES1, ES2, EXS24, EVOC20, EVD6 etc)
You can also run OS X versions of VST plugins using FXpansions "VST to AudioUnit Adapter" http://www.fxpansion.com/products_auadapter.html It costs US$75 however is well worth the price You will not be able to run any DX plugins and will only be able to run OS X coded VST plugins. Spark supports both AudioUnits and OS X VST. Audio Units have been a bit slow to be developed by some of the larger manufacturers however there are already a few available. There's a website that features the latest news and views on OSX plugins and midi software. I think it's www.OSXAudio.com. If not try http://www.kvr-vst.com/index.php
and of course right here at Mac Music. peace. -------------------- Skeeep
