My brother is sending me footage over the network Carracho ( uploading it ) so I can download it and score it in Logic

Which format should he export in? I want the small one, megabyte wise, aswell.

there is:

*web movie small
*email movie, small
*streaming movie, small
*cd-rom medium
*full version (large)

thanks

I use "Expert..." With a width of 320, Height of 240. Sorenson Video 3 compression and 16 bit mono sound.

I then double the size of the image in Logic.

This uses about 750MB per hour of video. Possibly too large for you?

Hi,
when you are using a compression, you are using your CPU...
Sorenson is a kind of "on the fly" decompressor...
so if you need a lot of Power with Logic, the best is wothout any kind of compression...
the probleme is the Go of the movie !
If you don't need the sound of the movie, you can select 8bit 11khz...
