I dont know anything about soundfonts....

Can I download them and inport them into the exs24 in Logic 5.5 in Jaguar?? I downloaded some, but I really dont know if they are PC material, or Mac-compatable....

Put your soundfont file into your "sampler instruments" folder.
When you start logic you will see the soundfont name in the EXS24 instrument menu. The first time you load the soundfont file it will automatically be converted to an EXS instrument.

P.S. this is also the same for Samplecell, Gigasampler and DLS files.
