I am using a powerbook 867 mhz g4. I have installed reason 2 on both os 9 and 10. For 9 I installed the the sound cd's , whoch are cd's 2 and 3. On X, I just installed reason without the sounds. I made short cuts from the os 9 version of the sound banksto save disk space, but now everytime I want to close reason, it asks for cd 2!! anyone know why this is?

I guess it's asking for the CD's only when using the OSX version...
It probably means that those two versions are independant... so, as long as you won't install the sounds banks in the same folder your Reason OSX version is in (I guess the OSX version is located on the same partition where OSX itself is located; which should be a different partition from the one used for OS9) , it will indeed ask for the CDs (it's some kind of piracy protection procedure...). Hope that helped. -------------------- I will not call my teacher "Hot Cakes''...I will not call my teacher "Hot Cakes''...I will not call my teacher "Hot Cakes''...I will not call my teacher "Hot Cakes''...I will not call my teacher "Hot Cakes''...I will not call my teacher "Hot Cakes''...
