"Hello, Is there a program that will take a ripped Blu-Ray movie and output it has a MP4 file without encoding it? I currently use MakeMKV to rip my The X-Files Blu-ray, but I would like to know if there is a program that does the same thing as MakeMKV does but for MP4. Thanks!"



MakeMKV can rip Blu-rays by removing Blu-ray encryption but it can't convert your Blu-ray to MP4 files. How to Convert The X-Files Blu-ray to MP4?

Step 1. load Blu-rays.
