Hi folks, I am having some noise problems. I am using 2 Behringer 8 channel preamps into a 2408MKll via ADAT. I have gone to the MOTU audio setup window and set the time code to Bank B optical. I am using bank A as analog. It doesn't matter if I set it for Bank B or C I am getting a timed noise when record is enabled in DP. It is like an intermittent white noise. If I have it set on Bank C the noise is on Bank B. It doesn't have much of a signal but it still cannot be there. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank, Jim

G5 dual core 2Ghz, OSX 10.5.8,Power PC processors, DP 4.11, 2408mk11, ADA8000 preamps, DBX compressors.

interesting. so, have you tried clocking the preamp from the 2408mkII? at a guess, the behringer's clock isn't stable.
good luck with this one.

I have tried it with one of them but there is only one BNC input on the 2408
