Hi there from New Zealand! I've got a couple of questions. When you measured the exact distance in ms (?) between the test signal that was recorded digitally and through the repro head (in order to set up the voxengo latency delay), how did you accurately come up with your figure? Also I found the section on 'live monitoring' for overdubs a little confusing. There is one part where it sounds like you say "I've malted (?) the output from the mic pre to the A/D converter" in order to not monitor from the tape machine... I understand that you would not want to monitor from the tape machine (thats why we apply the latency delay) but is it not obvious that we would monitor the signal from our DAW? Sorry to ramble. Still an excellent video.
