Dunno if it'll work with that set-up or not, but a brand spanking new 1.1 version just hit the streets, so make sure your friend gets that one. Here's the url to the developer's site: http://homepage.mac.com/grantedsw/Menu6.htmlGreat people doing great stuff. Maybe they would have a dialogue with your friend and might know some tricks if MidiClock doesn't do it. BTW, this isn't about Logic, specifically, but on the VersionTracker page for MidiClock, there's this message from the developer (Granted Software) about a syncing issue with Live! and OS X: ---------------------------------------------------------- Granted Software Nov 5, 2002 Ableton Live has a MIDI sync problem on Mac OS X where it detects a clock signal about 30bpm slower than that transmitted. This is occurring with a varity of MIDI clock sources, not just MidiClock. No solution is currently available. ---------------------------------------------------------- I'm wondering now if it's more than just Live! Hmmm... Having a new operating system is almost like having a new girlfriend, inn't it? I'm currently ducking pots and pans...

QUOTE (gdoubleyou @ Nov 8 2002, 00:14) For people out there looking an OSX vst host to play around with. Take a look at the Metro demo, it's the first app to support both VST2 and Audio Units.
It's only a 1.4Mb download, I posted a link in a prior message. hey gdoubleyou, that's cool. why can't emagic provide such a "logical" solution? b@$t@rd$!!! thanks for the news, i will investigate...
