As a word of caution to those who haven't thought about it yet: Updating on leopard to safari 3.1 requires an updates to 10.5.2 -- which, If you're a Pro Tools user can practically guarantee your inability to use Pro Tools LE for another 6 months on everything running Leopard save for the Mac Pro 8 Core towers and HD. Digidesign HAS YET to even update 7.4 to be useable on a mac running leopard 10.5.1 -- and that release has been out since last November. Why is it a "Production Studio Standard" is so behind the times ? Ableton, which is distributed here in the US by Avid, was up and running with Leopard day 1. As was NI, and Propellerhead with Reason 4. Oh, and don't forget the new and really quickly up and coming studio standard: Logic. The Studio is no longer the studio: Its in our homes. Pro Tools needs to keep up, or it will go the way of the CD in a few years.
