I've tried the driver Yukulele sent me. many, many thanks, but it seems it doesn't work (tried dropping it into live's ASIO folder).
Maybe it get corrupted in the transfer? It works here with Digital Performer, Peak, and any ASIO compatible apps... Very strange...
Anyone using the Propagamma USB ASIO driver in the assembly? I'll be glad to here any feedback from a user, ie does it really improve performance? In what way?

It turned out the driver did get get corrupted, but the one at the steinberg site (address provided by djcweed in an earlier post on this thread) works fine with live.

Hello.
I am keen to buy an m box, as i would like to have the choice of using Logic and pro-tools, but it seems that the ASIO drivers mentioned here won't work with Logic.
can anyone help me out? will an M box work with logic if a driver is out there?

Matt - why won't they work with logic? ASIO is ASIO (is ASIO). I myself haven't yet tried, but if it works in general, it should work with logic too. should it not?

If you wish to work with Logic on a budget, the EMI26 is arguably your best option. Made by Emagic especially for Logic, but it's also compatible with other soft platforms that support ASIO.
Mbox...hmmmm, only really works with Protools/RTAS. No digi hardware really works with anything else other than PT. This is deliberate, as Protools is the big carrot, and digi want YOU to buy into their hardware!
Steinberg apparently created an ASIO driver that supports the Mbox, but Digidesign don't want anyone to know about it...!! It's apparently buried somewhere on Steinberg's site...you'll have to do some scavenging there.
