While I am awaiting the cd of my minidisc compositions, can anyone tell me if I could import a song and then split it and fade out?

The person who transferred it asked me which tracks I wanted faded out or cut, but I don't remember ( only 1 copy! )

so, can imovie suit my basic editing needs?

if not, is there a free editing program for osx that would do just this?

I own Intuem... I wonder if I could put my mp3's in there...hmmm

Jeff,

iMovie should be able to do this.

Also if you haven't downloaded the demo of Bias Peak you can use this demo fully functioning for 14 days (it works in OS X).

for a minor financial outlay, roxio jam5 or emagic's waveburner, tc spark le, or, for free! spark me. wink.gif
if you don't have any luck, apple.com/osx downloads/audio.
peace, later...
