Hey gurus i wanted to ask does anyone know
what the total power consumption of the (mac g5 2.5 dual ) is ...its not on the specs on the mac site. any help would be awesome ... thanks Adv |

It's something apple should give…
The only hint we have is 100-240V and 5-10A in the specs (so at worse 1250 VA). The largest consumer is the Quad with a hot pot of 1000W in theory so yours is less, must be in the 700-800W at most. I found an AMUG page giving a dual 2.0 as about 300W at most in use without added things.
