Plugsound Box, Trouble with the challenge response Options

Just to let you know that this 99€ package seems to have some issues regarding the challenge/response for the volume 4.

At least 2 members have this issue… so if you run into it, it's just normal, we can hope the problem will be cleared fast: when asking for the response at USB website you have an error in return. Also if you try to authorize from inside Logic, the AU manager bombs, so use another host…

A member proposed as a solution to use Rax as the host…

The vol. 4 seems rather deaf to any response.

Besides… they ask for using IE (unsupported now, too baaaaaad) as Safari will NOT work… Antoanto had to use both his mac and PC to make the challenge/response suite (you need 6 of them each… and open each plugsound in turn). Got the idea?

(I've tried to keep this short, sorry if it's a bit jumping around…)

I bought vol4 by itself, works fine in Logic for me. Just have to be sure you have the latest version.

They are releasing Plugsound Pro that combines all of the plugsound libraries.

I'm reporting the problems of 3 users at least on the French Forum (knowledgeable enough guys so there's clearly an issue there). It's the standard box.

One using Logic 7.1.1 has no issues.

Quick (!) solution, write to the techsupport at ultimatesoundbank.com They know the issue and will send a working code.
