Right-click (option-click) on the link and choose "Save file...),
After the download, remove the "text" extension.
Accept the change and double-click on this file, it will expand.
Install the software.
Voila.

The app won't start:
"Uncaught excption in main method:
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String
index out of range : 0"
I'm on a PPC dual g5, 10.4.6
