There is no such thing as a "Bounce" feature in QT... Only an export option.
On the other hand, there is a Bounce feature in DP...
Try to be a little more specific regarding what you're trying to achieve here... You're question is not really...clear, to say the least...

You must make sure the start of the quictime movie and the start of your bounce (selection in DP) are the same...
Then, bounce your audio in DP (make sure every track is audio, if not record it :-), quit DP, open the movie in quictime, open the soundtrack also, then copy/paste the soundtrack in the movie window.
Works for me.
You can export the movie in quictime to another format, if necessary.
