This needs some clarification.M-Audio is merely the US distributor of Ableton. http://www.ableton.com/people. That being said, they have a very interwoven line of products and it makes sense that M-Audio release a dedicated controller for LIVE. However, its always remotely possible that this is a very advanced Laptop-DJ/VJ controller.

Interesting about the controller.
Did note that Live is no longer listed at the M-Audio site.
