Hey folks, anyone using more than one pair of monitors on their mbox? If so, how do you get around only having one output? Is their a splitter i can get or do i need to go through a desk?

Any help appreciated

Cheers smile.gif

There's little switch available to jump from one pair of monitors to another, simple and available (it's a little bit more sophisticated than only a switch), Studiospares in UK was selling some models (couldn't find the products, but they should be there), You should find them in any pro shop around.

The generic name of such device is monitor controller. One of the most economical solutions is the SM PRO AUDIO NANO PATCH (around 55 euro). Other devices (but more expensive) are: SM PRO AUDIO M-PATCH 2, SPL VOLUME 2, MACKIE BIG KNOB, SAMSON C-CONTROL, or PRESONUS CENTRAL STATION.

There's simpler solution even, just switches (with a little bit of electronics) I was talking about. There's been quite a lot of monitor controllers coming out the last 2 years, but for the simple studio, it's a bit too much. wink.gif

Now these work too biggrin.gif
