I have x-station drivers on my G4 fine. Have you got the latest drivers installed?
Is x-station set as default audio output in audio/midi utility?
Does the distortion happen all the time x-station is turned on? What about in synth mode, or earphones?

hi chris

i have xstation working fine on a G4 setup too,my question is under a dual core G5,actually a get distortion in any DAW,logic 7,live 5 when i use xstation as default audio interface.
of course the distortion only happens when is used in audio interface mode, standalone works fine because there is no driver in use wink.gif
