Hi guys, strange and hugely frustrating issue.
Yesterday using Setup Assistant I transferred files and documents via firewire from my ibook to my G5 powermac. Today when booting Logic Pro 7.1.1 I recieve this message - XS Key driver too old. The XS Key needs the driver 'Emagic XSKey.kext' in the folder /System/Library/Extensions. I have downloaded the XSKey Updater, plugged the key in with an internet connection but when I run the updater I get the same message which disables any possibility of running the update. Obviously this has something to do with older files from the ibook replacing the working ones on the powermac, which is extraordinary. Can anyone help? |

Hi Bloody Chair, you have to install your logic completely new, than running the updates. This will works (hopefully)
