hi, i just got my Mbox a little while ago and finally have some down time to start using it. today has been very frustrating because every time i try to record my lead guitar over my other tracks i have latency. a friend of mine told me that there is a way to nudge tracks to make up for this. he said there is some 160 sample problem but i'm pretty new to this and that makes no sense to me. he told me to try this site...Please help me! I've looked up nudging in the manual section of pro tools but it didn't help me much. Can anyone tell me how to do this on my laptop. i'm using a powerbook g4 1.33ghz so i don't know all of the same options as a desktop keyboard? Thanks
