I just got logic pro and I'm curious as to why there is so much delay in recording. I'm running power mac g5 dual 2ghz with a tascam us 122. I dont have this problem with garage band.
Also I cant get any audio out from my midi controller. This app is alot more complicated than I thought. Any Advice??

Audio out from a MIDI controller, there's something I don't understand?!? MIDI is not audio, at all. So either you missed something or you're overseeing part of the information. Also Logic is DEEEEEEEEEEP, I hate to say that, but open the manual. It's mandatory in Logic like all great DAWs. Where have you this delay exactly?
