Hello

I live in England and im looking into the possibility of getting a G5 power mac, or imac from America but I am not to sure about the power supply issue. Do macs had a switcher able power supply, or would i need a power converter and if so is it going to course problems in the long run.

Thanks

I'd just go to apple.com or google search. Either site should point you in the right direction for an AC converter.

My Mac's got a auto ranging power supply, so it accepts 100 up to 240, they all do, they always have.

Check the apple site for the international power adapters.

I picked up an international adapter set at compUSA, for a trip to France a few years ago, worked fine. I just used the adapter on my powerstrip.
