Just got digital performer for my PW BOOK and would like to use it but I get a message that it is not valid to run on my computer. I have the dics, a motu 828, but did by the power book used. Someone said that i may have to run it off of an external hard drive or clear off my computer and rebot it. I would like to run it internaly and save the audio externaly. thanks a bunch

You must have the DP CD inserted into the CD/DVD drive, during the athorization process.

Still having problems gettting dp started. I get to the part where it is loaded on my hard drive, with cd still in drive, try to open the program and the dp icon shows up with some random lettering in bottom left corner. It tells me to save but when attempted it gives me an error message. I cancel then I get another error message saying that I need to reinstall from cd. I've tried the unistall that comes on the cd then reinstalling but still same error message. Again equipment off ebay, maybe this is a lesson, or maybe someone has answers? blink.gif
thanks again
Ooops should have put this in the getting started section Sorry!
