I'm running Sound Designer II on an old 8100 using the AudioMedia Nubus card, which only has SPDIF (coax) digital I/O.
I'm trying to feed an AES signal to Fostex D5 DAT recorder using an M Audio CO3 format converter, but for some reason the DAT can't figure out the sample rate unless I switch to "none" for SCMC. In this mode the CO3 flashes to indicate that AES is invalid, and any copy sounds like crap.
Any ideas why this won't work?
